Personal Assistant to the CEO

Description
Are you ready to step up to a PA role for an Australian based CEO? No PA experience required, though it might help. It’s more about attitude, responsibility and attention to detail you’ll be part of a young dynamic team in our Davao office working directly for a CEO based in Sydney and reporting locally to a great ‘CEO Team’ leader.
Other members of the CEO’s team are involved in event planning, online marketing, web design, video production, telemarketing and Social Media. This team supports the CEO in sales and marketing activities for a management consulting business. There are 6 other members in the team.
Also in our Davao office are lots of other great staff supporting other businesses. You’ll be joining a small BPO that really IS different. Good salaries, health insurance, no night shifts and a caring family atmosphere.
Your duties as PA to the CEO will cover
- Monitoring and managing his emails.
- Managing his calendar
- Answering his office phone
- Booking travel
- Calling clients to make appointments.
- Transcribing audio notes
- Helping prepare Word and Powerpoint documents.
- Assisting other team members as required.
Qualities needed for the right Person
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A confident phone manner.
- Extremely reliable and trustworthy.
- Accepts responsibility well.
- Happy to learn new things.
- Ambitious and energetic.
- Able to prioritise if busy.
- Very focussed and detail minded.
This is a great opportunity for the right person and will be a long term job with the chance to visit the CEO’s Sydney office following probation. Prior PA experience is not essential as training and support will be provided for the right person.
