We currently have an opportunity for a full-time interior documenter/designer with 2 – 5 years of industry experience for our client, who runs a commercial interior design studio based in Australia.

The candidate would be responsible for:

Documentation of commercial interiors (Revit).
Documentation of retail stores for rollout brands – including fashion, food & beauty retailers (in Aust)
Documentation of interiors as per above, and joinery detailing (for joinery within the interior space)
Documentation of finishes schedules
3D modelling / visuals of retail / commercial interiors
Sourcing finishes & ordering samples (to Australia)

Successful applicants must have:

Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Industrial design or equivalent qualification is desirable
Relevant previous design and documentation experience with retail &/or hospitality projects
Experience with Revit software
Excellent documentation ability & attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational & time management skills

Customer Service Representative

Full time Position

Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative is an excellent communicator who is dedicated to servicing both Force’s B2B and B2C customers. The role encompasses providing Force’s customers exceptional product and service information in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Role and Responsibilities:

Inbound sales call management from both B2B and B2C customers – providing professional, courteous call servicing – including inbound and outbound call.
Email and Live Chat customer service response management.
The accurate and timely processing of both B2B and B2C sales orders.
Order Management process from receipting orders through to order release – Processing of email, phone and B2B (online) orders and coordination of release with Logistics Manager.
Processing of 40% of team orders.
Returns and Warranty management for both B2B and B2C customers.
Product and Delivery Enquiries from B2B and B2C customers.
Resolution Management with B2B and B2C customers.
Product Support – Providing a high level of product knowledge and technical support to both B2B and B2C customers.
State based and National Accounts product and sales support.
Non-conformance management – Investigation and resolution of Customer order non-conformance.
Interdepartmental assistance – Provide support to other departments as required.
Delivery Enquiries with 3rd Party provider – Liaise with courier companies for tracking of customer orders relating to dispatch, delivery and Proof of Delivery.
Greeting and sign in of customer for Force Head Office.
Daily Filing/Reporting of team paperwork.
Outbound Call Management – ability to facilitate outbound service and sales calls.

Educations and Skills Required:

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous background in customer service and telemarketing.
Experience with tier one ERP systems, ideally MS Navision, or of similar specification.
Proficient in MS Office.
Word – Intermediate.
Excel – Intermediate.
CRM Desirable.
High level of accuracy and attention to details.

Accounts Payable Officer

Full time Position

Davao City, Philippines

Role and Responsibilities:

Entry of high-volume supplier invoices.
Maintaining supplier profile.
Credit card entries and reconciliation.
Manage payment schedules for domestic and overseas payments.
Manage entries for Trade Finance.
Inventory receipting and costing.
Accounts payable balance sheet reconciliations.
Calculating and processing supplier rebates and royalty fees.
Handling queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Assist with the development of policies & procedures and internal controls.
Recommend process and system improvements through continuous improvement.
Ad hoc. duties as required.

Educations and Skills Required:

Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, highly desirable.
Minimum 1+ years’ Accounts Payable experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Australian taxation, New Zealand taxation, or US taxation
Industry experience in either manufacturing or distribution or a similar industry.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or similar ERP system) advantageous.
An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An ability to successfully multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
Enjoy working in a team.
Good computer literacy in MS Office programs.
